Wellness Salon Manager in Training

Store Managers earn $19 - $23+ per hour (base + commission + monthly bonus). Responsibilities Recruit, select, and orient salon staff. Achieve sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff. Schedule and assign employees, follow up on work results. Monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, expenses) to achieve financial objectives. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, maintaining the salon’s stability and reputation. Assign tasks to keep the salon clean, stocked, organized, and customer-ready. Build rapport with customers to establish loyalty and long‑term relationships. Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment. Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner. Analyze daily sales and expense information; perform financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits. Safeguard and account for all money received; handle banking requirements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment. Ability to effectively influence others. Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day. Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
