As a Direct Care Professional in Goodyear, Arizona, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or special needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and personalized care, ensuring that each client receives the support they need to thrive in their daily activities. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in direct care or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral management techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions as per care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
• Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.
