Prepares and evaluates ingredient shelf‑life reports, test samples for finished goods and raw materials. Collects, reviews, and maintains files of all documentation relating to production and quality control. Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. QUALITY ASSURANCE ELPaso Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently.
