A Day in The LifeAs a Recruiting Coordinator at Mo' Bettahs you will be responsible for managing the l ogistics of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and m aintaining applicant tracking systems. The Recruiting Coordinator ensures a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams while supporting overall recruitment efforts.What You 'll Do:Post and manage jobs on multiple career sitesSource active and passive candidatesSched ule interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidatesProvi de follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and emailCoordinat e the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materialsIdentify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyParticipate in planning recruiting strategy including potential future openings and other high-level forecastingSend a weekly update email to Mo’ Bettahs brand leadership outlining the week of screening calls, interviews, and offer letters sent and signed.Updat e candidate records in recruiting systemsTrack recruiting activities and provid e store staffing status updates to brand leadershipAssist in supporting GMs staffing their stores by coordinating GM schedules, communicating with applicants via text, and scheduling mass hiring events.Be proactive in helping stores' staff and provide interviews , job ad s , and marketing support to District Managers and their stores.Participate in other field recruiting initiativesAssist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
