COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $150,000 – $225,000 Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Provided (amount negotiable). Allowance provided. 401(k) 3% Company Match PTO 2 weeks after 90 days; 3 weeks after 1 year Pet Care Coverage Veterinary expenses for personal pets $5,000 + 5 Paid CE Days Professional Licenses NCVMA, AVMA, DEA, PLIT, NC Privilege License, NCVMB — all paid JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Licensing Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school Active North Carolina veterinary license DEA license Experience & Clinical Skills At least 2 years of clinical experience (new graduates with strong skills will be considered) Proficiency in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry Interest or experience in internal medicine and dentistry is a plus Strong diagnostic, surgical, and treatment planning abilities Excellent communication skills to build meaningful client relationships Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care Professional Attributes Passion for veterinary medicine and ongoing professional growth Strong ethical standards and commitment to integrity Ability to educate pet owners and build lasting trust Positive attitude, adaptability, and team spirit Dedication to our core values: Trust, Compassion, Integrity, Teamwork & Value Ready to Make a Difference?
