Senior Document Control Specialist

Required Skills & Experience
· 5+ years of document control experience supporting construction or major capital projects.\n\t· Knowledge of engineering and construction documentation.\n\t· Experience establishing standardized document-control processes.\n\t· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work on-site in Las Vegas five days per week. Nice to Have Skills & Experience · Create standardized folder structures, naming conventions, and document-control procedures.\n\t· Organize project files from development through engineering, construction, commissioning, and closeout.\n\t· Maintain drawings, RFIs, RFPs, permits, vendor records, inspection reports, commissioning reports, and other construction documents.\n\t· Track document revisions, approvals, distribution, and retention.\n\t· Partner with Project Directors to identify required or missing documentation.\n\t· Prepare digital and physical binders for audits, regulatory proceedings, and General Rate Cases.\nSupport structured project files for future AI-enabled document review and reporting.
