Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Location: West Valley, Greater Phoenix Area

Status: Full-Time or Part-Time

Job Functions / Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, transferring, toileting, and medication reminders.
Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) and report any irregularities promptly to the supervising nurse.
Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining clean, organized environments and using proper techniques for lifting, transferring, and positioning.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 years.
Current, valid Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license.
Home health or hospice experience is required.
Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation .
Current CPR Certification .
Current TB clearance health card (or ability to obtain per federal/state requirements).
U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States.
Successful completion of background checks.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus!

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Successful completion of accredited CNA/LNA training required by the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
