The Restaurant General Manager - Kitchen Manager will oversee a large fast casual kitchen team of 30+ staff members, ensuring excellence in food quality, staff retention, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility in shift patterns to maintain smooth kitchen operations while managing inventory, budgeting, and vendor relations. The manager will foster a safe and productive environment through rigorous training, development, and compliance with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 30+ kitchen and restaurant staff
• Control inventory and oversee budget adherence
• Ensure consistent quality assurance across all food preparation
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee daily kitchen operations and menu planning
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate vendor relations and supply chain management
• Provide ongoing training, development, and scheduling for staff
• Evaluate staff performance and implement improvement plans

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
• Food Handling Certification
• Managerial Food Safety Certification
