Cath Lab Tech - Travel Assignment

Location: Thornton, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech to join our team for a travel assignment. The position involves working in a high-functioning cardiac cath lab that is well-equipped and supported by engaged physicians. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various cardiac procedures such as LHC, RHC, PCI, and peripheral diagnostic and intervention.
• Perform monitoring during procedures including Pacers, ICDs, and Cardioversions.
• Operate GE Innova Fluoro Systems and maintain proficiency in Meditech EMR.
• Engage in on-call responsibilities on an equitable basis with the team.
• Implement high-standard protocols for patient safety and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital Cath Lab Tech experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
• ARRT (R) and either RCIS or RCES; must apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado with DORA if required.
• ARRT (CI) or (CV) preferred.
• Experience in holding and monitoring is a plus.
