⁃ Must be knowledgeable in Word, Excel and PowerPoint

⁃ Benefit if knowledgeable in Stormwater Systems

⁃ MUST have a Bachelors Degree

⁃ On-site M-F 8-4

⁃ Valid Drivers License

⁃ Good communication and writing skills

⁃ Should be able to read record drawings, site plans, utility plans with enough understanding to read underground stormwater basin drawings.

 

We are looking to hire an experienced sales representative who is familiar with Stormwater Management. You will be required to track down commercial properties in need of stormwater maintenance and close long-term service contracts with them. Along with long-term service contracts, you should be prepared to address violations received from the Philadelphia Water Department (PWD) as well as address any required repairs to the Stormwater Systems. 

 

You should have good verbal and written communication skills as you will be dealing with clients, property managers, personnel from PWD, engineers, site contractors, etc. as well as attending meetings with township engineers and so forth. 

 

You will be required to create and review service cost determinations for each project that you will work on.
