Job Details: Job location: CMHC RM - Rolling Meadows, IL 60008. Position type: Full Time. Education level: 4 Year Degree. Salary range: $55,000.00 - $55,000.00. Clearbrook is a non‑profit social services agency specializing in providing innovative tools, services, and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as autism and Down syndrome. The Behavioral Health Therapist is directly responsible for the behavioral health care for clients and their families/significant others, assisting in the development and evaluation of those services. The Behavioral Health Therapist reports to the Director of Behavioral Health. Essential Functions Maintain confidentiality with all clients and their families and uphold a professional image as a representative of the agency. Adhere to all policies and procedures established for Clearbrook, the CMHC Program, and all governing bodies. Provide assessment, treatment planning, therapy, discharge planning, psychological testing (if appropriately credentialed), and case management (if appropriate) of assigned clients and families. Ensure timely documentation of relevant information, contacts, and actions taken in the designated clinical record. Provide referrals to clients for other services within the organization network or to other outside services as needed. Qualifications Education: Minimum – Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or Social Work. Preferred – Master’s Degree in Related Field. Experience: Minimum – 3 to 5 years of direct clinical experience providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy. Preferred – 5 years of related experience with implementation, tracking, and interpretation of clinical outcome measures; experience treating specialty populations preferred.
