Schedule: Nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. | Rotating Weekends HireNow Snapshot HireNow Staffing is recruiting an ICU Registered Nurse for a direct placement opportunity with a healthcare client in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This opportunity is suited to nurses who bring strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to caring for patients with complex needs. Two or more years of acute care ICU experience are preferred; candidates with Emergency Department or surgical floor experience may also be considered. HireNow Package

• Listed Base Compensation: $27.72–$39.60, based on experience; pay frequency to be confirmed.
• Experience Benchmarks: $36.30 at 10 years; $39.60 at 15+ years.
• Specialty Differential: Additional $1.50.
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $4.25.
• Schedule: Full-time nights, 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with rotating weekends.
• Relocation Assistance: Considered case by case.
• Openings: Multiple.

Differential eligibility and application will be confirmed during the hiring process. Anticipated Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and reporting changes in condition.
• Deliver individualized nursing care in collaboration with providers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and evaluate patient responses.
• Support timely intervention during clinical deterioration and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clearly during handoffs.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout treatment and recovery.
• Follow established patient safety, infection-prevention, and clinical care procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license applicable to practice in Florida or an eligible multistate compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days of employment.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment.
• Trauma Nursing Core Course within six months of employment.
• Availability to work nights and rotating weekends.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of acute care ICU nursing experience.
• Emergency Department or surgical floor nursing backgrounds may also be considered.
