We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Medicine Physician to become part of our newly established Primary Care team in Allendale, MI. This is a fantastic chance to significantly influence the health of our community while thriving in a supportive, mission-oriented setting.

Opportunity Overview

• A brand-new Primary Care facility is set to open in October 2026!

• Comprehensive primary care: Oversee your own patient panel, offering diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for all age groups.

• Modern, supportive environment: The new office will include on-site Urgent Care and X-Ray services.

• Collaborative team approach: The practice will consist of four providers—two physicians and two APPs—working together in a highly supportive atmosphere.

• Balanced work schedule: Benefit from 34 hours of direct patient care and 6 hours of dedicated administrative time, spread across 4 to 4.5 days each week.

• Flexible hours: The office will operate Monday through Friday, allowing you to create a schedule that promotes work-life balance.

• Shared on-call duties: Participate in a shared, unrestricted call system with family medicine physicians throughout the medical group, ensuring a manageable call load.

Qualifications

• Open to recent graduates from residency programs

• Physicians must be board certified in their respective specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.

• Possession of an active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)

• DEA license required

• BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS certification (must be maintained)

Key Responsibilities

A typical day may involve:

• Delivering direct patient care

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

• Participating in teaching and mentoring activities

• Documenting patient information in Epic EMR

• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives

• Supporting community health initiatives
