Senior Litigation Counsel

You'll be handling senior defense work, general liability, product liability, premises and catastrophic injury, with a lot of it sitting alongside the firm's aviation practice. Which is a nice change from another slip and fall.

Hybrid, from San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine. A caseload of 10 to 20 matters, so you actually know your files.

• Hybrid working, a balance of remote and in office, out of San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine
• A monthly bonus plan in addition to the annual performance bonus
• $250 a month, non taxable, towards a qualifying student loan for eligible attorneys
• Flexible paid time off. Attorneys are trusted to take it when they need it
• A caseload of 10 to 20 matters, and close work with the aviation group
• $200k to $280k depending on experience, plus bonus

• Investigating claims and setting case strategy
• Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing documents for production
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting pleadings and motions, and arguing them at hearingsPreparing cases for mediation and trial, and seeing them through

• Extensive experience across all aspects of litigation
• Admitted to The California Bar
• Strong academic credentials and sharp legal writing
• The ability to juggle multiple matters and solve problems quickly
