Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for a well-rounded approach to care.

Guide & Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide insights and training to patients and their families on therapy methods to promote continuous progress at home.

Track and Adjust Treatment Outcomes: Evaluate patient development and modify treatment plans as necessary to help them stay on track.

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement and support for continuing education or advanced certifications.

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.

A genuine passion for aiding others in achieving their maximum level of independence.

Strong, empathetic communication skills with patients and team members.
