By hiring the best people and helping them grow both professionally and personally, we ensure a bright future for NTT DATA Services and for the people who work here.NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Business Analyst - Case Management to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia (US-DC), United States (US).Responsibilities include the following:Interact with the business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements related to case management solution including user interaction, workflows, reports, dashboards, etc.Guide the development team in developing a fully functional solution by way of providing feedback, testing the application, creating dummy data, etc.Demo the application to the users, gather feedback, communicate effectively to the project teamSupport in preparing end user training materials and train the trainers in the applicationAbility to contribute to end user documentation including training materialsAbility to work well with the team and create a conducive atmosphereIn-depth experience in business requirements gathering with extensive experience in functional testing, documentationBasic Qualiications:7 Yrs. Minimum Experience with Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation7 Yrs. Minimum Experience conducting UAT and trainingBachelor’s Degree1 or more years' experience working in Agile projectsDesired Skills:Expertise / Knowledge of Parole Management / Prisoner ManagementExperience in SQL and T-SQL / PL/SQLAdvanced degree preferredThis position is only available to those interested in direct staff employment opportunities with NTT DATA, Inc. or its subsidiaries.
