Role Description The Leasing Consultant is a full-time, on-site role located in North Miami Beach, FL, responsible for supporting leasing operations and resident experiences at the community. Day-to-day tasks include greeting prospects, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and assisting applicants with the leasing and application process. The role involves maintaining accurate lease documentation, responding promptly to resident inquiries, and supporting resident retention efforts through positive interactions and service-focused communication. The Leasing Consultant collaborates with the onsite team to ensure apartments are market-ready, participates in marketing and outreach activities, and helps maintain a professional, welcoming office environment. Qualifications Ability to manage leases and lease administration tasks, including explaining lease terms and maintaining accurate records. Skills in resident retention, with a focus on fostering positive resident relationships and supporting renewal efforts. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with prospects, residents, and team members. Customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a high level of service. Previous experience in property management, leasing, or real estate is preferred. Comfort using property management software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools). Ability to work on-site, including some weekends or evenings as needed for tours and resident events.
