Responsibilities: * Fabricate custom cabinets and millwork to specifications * Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical plans * Operate woodworking machinery including table saws, routers, and planers * Perform precise measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining of wood and wood composite materials * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment * Collaborate with project managers and fellow craftsmen to meet production deadlines Requirements: * Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Millwork Specialist * 3 - 5 years experience as a Cabinet Maker * Proficiency with hand tools and power woodworking machinery * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical shop drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship * Knowledge of wood species, composites, laminates, and finishing techniques * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment * Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic About Us: SCI Millwork, LLC is a trusted name in custom cabinetry and millwork, proudly serving clients from our East Orange, NJ facility.
