CarpenterWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented carpenter to support our high-end residential staging operations. This role is responsible for building, modifying, repairing, and installing custom furniture, millwork, and staging elements that align with our luxury design standards.The ideal candidate has strong craftsmanship, a keen eye for design, and the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Custom Fabrication & BuildConstruct custom furniture pieces, built-ins, wall panels, shelving, and staging elementsModify existing inventory to meet specific design visions or space requirementsExecute specialty builds for high-end residential projects (e.g., feature walls, banquettes, headboards)Repairs & MaintenanceRepair and restore staging inventory, including furniture, cabinetry, and wood finishesEnsure all items meet quality standards before installationPerform touch-ups and refinishing as neededInstallation & On-Site WorkAssist with on-site installations for staging projects (art walls, shelving, custom pieces)Safely use tools and equipment in client homes while maintaining a clean, professional environmentTroubleshoot and problem-solve during installsCollaboration with Design TeamWork closely with designers and project managers to interpret design concepts and technical drawingsProvide input on feasibility, materials, and construction methodsEnsure finished products align with the intended aesthetic and luxury standardsWarehouse SupportMaintain organization of tools, materials, and carpentry workspaceTrack materials and communicate supply needsFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environmentRequired Skills:Candidates with 3-5 years cabinet making/millwork experience is requiredSound knowledge of safety standards and proceduresExcellent time management skillsStrong leadership skillsExcellent communication and organization skillsDesire to work in a fast paced, high growth environment$20 - $30 an hour Hourly range will vary depending on candidate's experience
