Registered Nurse - Dialysis (PRN)

Overview Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and adheres to organizational standards. Responsibilities Performs nursing duties in line with mission and values, oversees care quality, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Must have graduated from a nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN) Hold a current RN license Maintain required licensure Certifications Basic Life Support (BLS) Additional unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, or others as needed Skills Strong clinical knowledge Teamwork Communication Adherence to safety and confidentiality standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
