Job Summary:

Position Title: CT Technologist

Location: Obispo, CA 93405

Duration: 13 weeks (Possible extension)

Work Schedule: Day Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Pay rate :$70.00 - $75.00 /hr.



Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Produce cross-sectional, sagittal, and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation.
• Perform general X-ray procedures and assist with fluoroscopy as needed during assigned shifts.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Use PACS and teleradiology systems to accurately transfer and archive images.
• Maintain accurate patient records, imaging documentation, and billing information.
• Ensure compliance with HIP nd patient confidentiality regulations.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance, quality control checks, and supply inventory management.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Participate in on-call coverage as assigned.

To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]

• ARRT certification in Radiography and CT [R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT)]
• Current California Radiologic Technologist (RT) license
• Current Fluoroscopy license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of CT experience
• X-ray experience required
• Willingness to cover general radiography duties during shifts as needed.
• EPIC experience required
• Experience with Philips CT systems required
• ssociate degree in Radiologic Technology.
• dvanced CT certification preferred.
• Venipuncture certification preferred.
