Wellness Nurse Practitioner – HRT, Medical Weight Loss & Peptides

Full-time, W-2 | Monday–Friday daytime schedule
$55–$70 per hour, based on directly relevant experience, plus defined performance incentives

11 North Aesthetics is seeking an experienced, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner to join our boutique wellness and aesthetic practice in Fernandina Beach, Florida , serving Amelia Island and the greater Jacksonville area.

This is a full-time, on-site W-2 opportunity for an NP who enjoys hormone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, preventive wellness, and building lasting patient relationships.

You will have meaningful clinical autonomy in a collaborative environment, with Medical Director support, established practice infrastructure, and an opportunity to help shape a growing wellness service line. This is not a sales-only role; you will provide evidence-informed clinical care, personalized treatment plans, and consistent follow-up for a high-touch patient population.

• $55–$70 per hour , based on directly relevant HRT, wellness, and prescribing experience

• Conduct comprehensive wellness, hormone-optimization, medical-weight-loss, and peptide-therapy consultations

• Review medical histories, goals, symptoms, medications, and clinically appropriate laboratory testing

• Develop individualized, evidence-informed care plans within practice protocols and applicable laws

• Prescribe and manage hormone therapy, medical weight-loss treatment, and peptide protocols as clinically appropriate

• Order, interpret, and discuss laboratory results; adjust treatment plans based on clinical response and patient goals

• Provide patient education on expected outcomes, safety, treatment adherence, lifestyle support, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR

• Collaborate with the Medical Director, compounding pharmacies, and internal team members to support safe, consistent patient care

• Help refine workflows, patient education, and care processes as the wellness program grows

• Deliver a warm, polished, and highly professional patient experience

• Active, unrestricted Florida Nurse Practitioner license

• Active DEA registration, or ability to obtain one before starting

• At least 1 year of NP prescribing experience in a relevant setting, such as wellness, functional medicine, primary care, endocrinology, obesity medicine, women’s health, men’s health, urgent care, or medical aesthetics

• Demonstrated experience managing patients through assessment, laboratory review, prescribing, follow-up, and treatment-plan adjustments

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, patient education, and documentation practices

• Ability to work independently while collaborating appropriately with a Medical Director and multidisciplinary team

• Ability to work full-time on-site in Fernandina Beach

• Direct experience with HRT, BHRT, TRT, hormone optimization, or menopause/andropause care

• Experience with medically supervised weight management, including GLP-1 medications

• Experience with peptide therapy and/or functional or integrative medicine

• Familiarity with compounding-pharmacy workflows

• Experience in a concierge, wellness, med spa, or high-touch private-practice environment
