Security

We are seeking a Security professional who will serve as the face of our building. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors while ensuring the safety of the premises. Responsibilities Checking customer IDs to verify age and/or to prevent unauthorized entry. Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner Monitor the entry and exit of guests Ensure the safety of the premises by identifying and addressing any issues Provide assistance to guests as needed Report any suspicious activity Ensure that all fire safety protocols are followed Keep the premises clean and tidy Please note this job description does not contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee in this job. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service-related role preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of safety and security protocols Able to work independently or as part of a team Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds Able to de-escalate a situation Guard card required In evaluating your suitability for employment, following a conditional offer of employment, the Company may conduct a search of public records about you (such as records documenting an arrest (that results in conviction), indictment, conviction, civil judicial action, tax lien, or outstanding judgment, consistent with applicable law.
