Social Media Strategist

Deliverables Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy tailored to retail objectives. Provide platform-specific recommendations and differentiation strategies for content. Oversee intake reporting, analyze performance data, and apply optimization strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure social assets align with campaign goals and brand voice. Offer forward-thinking perspectives on integrating social media into current and future campaigns. Plan and oversee the production of social assets for upcoming initiatives. Maintain accountability for testing, learning, and generating innovative ideas to enhance social presence. Requirements Proven experience in social media strategy, preferably within the retail sector. Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their unique content requirements. Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside creative and marketing teams. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. Creative mindset with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and best practices.
