Responsibilities: Maintain HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes. Collaborate with the project team for the efficient execution of maintenance services. Conduct quality cleaning, checks, and adjustments for optimal system performance. Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professionalism on-site. Complete accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Some experience as an HVAC maintenance technician. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Valid driver's license and physical capability for manual tasks.
