Production Supervisor

If so, we want you to join our team.The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating work activities and resources necessary for multiple work centers to produce products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.Include the following duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.Responsible for On Time Delivery (OTD) to our customers. By addressing efficiency, productivity process constraints and bottlenecks and providing process improvements to the current process.Responsible for providing and promoting safety within our operationResponsible for promoting quality of our products to ensure our customers that they receive the highest quality standard parts.Responsible for coordinating cross-functional departments to plan and/or schedule of customer ordersUnderstand capacity capabilities and constraintsMonitoring the production processes and ensuring that they are adequate to meet the production schedule.Ensure compliance and certification with AS9100 StandardsScrap reduction and reworkMentor, develop and lead management team, direct and indirect reports.Propose the annual budget and seek efficiency improvements to generate cost-saving opportunities.Star Cases, LLC dba ZERO Manufacturing, maintains a work environment free from discrimination, one where employees are treated with dignity and respect.
