Centralized Leasing Specialist

Seldin Company is seeking a Centralized Leasing Specialist to manage the full leasing lifecycle. This position will work throughout the states of Wisconsin and New Mexico. This position will pay up to $23 an hour determined by experience certifications skills and education. This role supports onsite teams by handling prospect engagement lead qualifications tour coordination application processing lease execution move-in coordination resident account support renewal administration and approved technology-enabled and AI-assisted leasing tools while maintaining appropriate oversight and compliance with applicable housing laws and company policies.
