Front Desk Agent (Full-Time)

Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time PM Front Desk Agent (2PM - 10PM), where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle phone inquiries and direct calls appropriately
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Follow all safety and security procedures

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office (familiarity with the PEP POS System would be a plus)
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required
