We are seeking friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our community. Schedule: Part-Time: Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Greet residents, visitors, and vendors warmly and professionally. Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records. Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages. Support team members with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area. Qualifications Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organization and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to use basic computer programs and phone systems. Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently.
