Duties Assist in M&A and joint venture transactions. Collaborate with a global team of attorneys. Engage with clients across various sectors. Requirements Minimum of two years of relevant experience. Excellent academic credentials. Superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective client management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
