You will track capital expenditures and construction in progress across our facility build-outs, manage project cost reporting, and own the capitalization of assets as projects are placed in service. The ideal candidate has done project or construction accounting in a capital-intensive environment, understands what auditors and government sponsors expect from cost documentation, and is comfortable working directly with project managers and engineers. Key Responsibilities Capital Projects: Track capital expenditures by project; maintain construction in progress (CIP) schedules and monitor budget-to-actual spend.
