Glass and Growlers is hiring an on-site Customer Service / Sales Representative in Las Vegas.
We print custom glassware and branded drinkware for events, teams, businesses, and retail. This is an entry-level inside sales and customer service seat. It is not graphic design and not commission-only sales. Pay: $18 to $20 per hour. Overtime after 40 hours in a workweek. What you will do- Answer inbound calls and emails
- Quote custom print jobs and explain lead times honestly
- Collect artwork, send proofs, and get written approval before we print
- Require payment before we order glass or start production
- Enter orders accurately and follow them through production and ship
- Follow up on quotes that did not close
- Work with production when a date, color, or stock issue comes up What this is not

- A press operator job

- Deco West wholesale account management Requirements
- 1 or more years in customer service, inside sales, retail, or order entry
- Clear written English
- Comfortable asking for payment
- Able to work on-site at 80 N. Mojave Rd., Las Vegas
- Reliable and able to work shop hours Monday through Friday Nice to have
- Spanish
- Print, promo, apparel, or gift experience
- Shopify, QuickBooks, or any order system Schedule
