Centennial Family Seeking Full-Time Career Nanny Location: Dry Creek and University Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am–5:30 pm (40 hours per week); Friday off. Flexibility as needed. Live‑In/Live‑Out: Live‑out Commitment/Contract Length: Long‑term position (1+ year) Start Date: End of June / beginning of July Family and Household Dynamics Children’s Ages: 6‑month‑old infant and 7‑year‑old girl About the Children: The baby meets developmental milestones, sits up, crawls, is nursing/bottle fed, follows a schedule, and enjoys developmental activities. The older child loves science, crafts, soccer, enjoys the outdoors and pool, and is independent and social. About the Family: Mother works a hybrid schedule between Boulder and home. Father works primarily from the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. Family values open communication, teamwork, and a supportive home environment. About the Pets: Pet lizard. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, loving, developmentally appropriate care for both children. Support infant developmental milestones through play, outings, and structured activities. Take the baby to museums, classes, walks, and other engaging outings. Transport the older child to and from summer camps, activities, and occasional appointments. Assist with meal preparation, bottle feeding, snacks, and maintain feeding schedules. Maintain child‑related tidiness: laundry, dishes, toys, and play areas. Run occasional family errands and help put away delivered groceries. Provide proactive communication and daily updates to parents. No travel required; occasional travel possible with advanced notice. Desired Skills and Abilities 3–5+ years of professional nanny experience (strongly preferred). At least 2 years of infant experience (required). Experience caring for both infants and school‑age children. Career nanny mindset (strongly preferred). Understanding of infant developmental milestones and age‑appropriate activities. Comfortable managing school pickups/drop‑offs, outings, and summer schedules. Strong communication skills with a proactive and independent approach. Ability to take initiative while maintaining open communication with parents. Organized, reliable, warm, and engaging personality. Second language skills are a plus, but not required. Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay (gross): $30–$35 per hour. With guaranteed hours, this equates to an annual compensation of $62,400–$72,800 (gross). 2 weeks paid time off. Paid major holidays, paid sick days. Gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job or a vehicle provided. Open to a health insurance stipend. Required Qualifications Minimum 2–3+ years of professional nanny experience verifiable with references. Strong professional and personal references. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. Age 18+ and high‑school graduate (2–4+ year degree preferred). Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction. Non‑smoker.
