Full-Time Infant Nanny Needed in Centennial Open Position Highlights Located at: Tower and Orchard Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with some flexibility for occasional evenings. The family is happy to guarantee 40 hours per week. Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - potentially longer if it’s a great match. Start Date: August 31st Family and Household Dynamics Children's Ages: Care will be for one infant who is 3.5 months old. About the Children: This infant is happy and healthy! He is chubby, sweet, and overall very chill. He is occasionally gassy but Mom and Dad are working through it. He is on track with all milestones so far, eats and sleeps well, and enjoys playing with his toys. About the Family: Dual working parents who work hybrid schedules. Mom or Dad will be WFH in a private office space. About the Pets: This family has two sweet Golden Retrievers - all candidates must be pet-friendly but no care is required for them. Additional Notes: This family has a great relationship with their previous night nurse. They really enjoyed her expertise and guidance as they learned how to be parents. Key Responsibilities Standard Duties: All standard nanny duties including prepping and sanitizing bottles, child laundry, sanitizing toys, light housekeeping, and general tidying. Travel Requirements: No travel is required for this position. Desired Skills and Abilities 2+ years of nanny experience with infants Experience with sleep training, starting solids, and gas management is preferred. A strong knowledge of infant milestones and development is key The ideal candidate will provide guidance, share their expertise, and become a strong partner with Mom and Dad. Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay (gross): The family is offering $30-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $62,400 - $72,800 per year (gross). Benefits and Perks Offered: This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off, paid major holidays, paid sick days and a vehicle to drive on the job. Required Qualifications Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references Have strong professional and personal references Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred) Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction Are a non-smoker Committed to professional, legal pay CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire) Have all standard vaccinations, and an annual flu shot is preferred.
