Position Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Schedule appointments with union members who have requested benefit information

Conduct virtual benefit presentations

Complete required applications and paperwork

Perform quality-control reviews

Use basic computer systems and digital tools

Participate in ongoing training and leadership development
