What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Support Advisor , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members and their families throughout the benefits process.

Member Support & Customer Service

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Help members understand options based on their individual needs
• Assist with applications, enrollments, and required documentation
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
• Maintain accurate member records and documentation
• Build lasting relationships through professionalism, integrity, and consistent communication

Training & Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual onboarding and training
• Attend ongoing coaching and professional development sessions
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Strengthen communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Collaborate with experienced team members and mentors
• Develop skills that can lead to future leadership opportunities
