Through virtual consultations, you'll answer questions, provide guidance, and help clients understand their options while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

As a  Remote Member Support Advisor , you will:

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone appointments

• Guide individuals and families through available benefit programs

• Answer questions and explain available options clearly and professionally

• Support new members throughout the onboarding process

• Build lasting client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and manage appointment scheduling

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, recruiting, or sales experience is helpful—but  not required . We value attitude, work ethic, and a commitment to learning.
