Member Support Representative

To support members effectively, the contract-to-hire Member Support Representative will manage inbound calls related to benefits and account inquiries, initially training onsite in the Greater Philadelphia area before transitioning to a remote work environment. Key responsibilities: Manage a steady volume of inbound calls, assisting members with benefit-related questions and account needs Resolve concerns by gathering information and documenting interactions to provide accurate solutions Identify complex situations for escalation while building knowledge for potential advancement into higher-level support Required qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting, preferably with healthcare or medical claims exposure Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems while handling calls Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA compliant home environment with reliable internet access Coachability and comfort in a fast-paced phone-based role, with openness to feedback and continuous improvement
