AbsoluteCare is seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to assist the Member Access Center (MAC) with high-quality inbound and outbound call handling and back-office coordination for members. You will schedule and reschedule appointments, provide reminders, manage shared inboxes, and document interactions in the EHR/EMR while supporting clinical and operations teams across markets.
