In this role, you'll work directly with members who have requested information regarding their supplemental benefits, helping them understand their options while providing outstanding service and ongoing support.

Whether you're beginning a new career or bringing experience from customer service, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, administrative support, or sales, we'll provide the comprehensive training, mentorship, and support needed to help you succeed.

No prior insurance experience is required.

What You'll Do

As a Remote Member Experience Specialist , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members by providing exceptional service throughout every stage of their experience.

Member Support Responsibilities

• Meet with members virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available supplemental benefits and coverage options
• Explain benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Assist members with applications, enrollments, and policy updates
• Build long-term relationships through outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate member records and follow-up communications
• Deliver a positive, professional experience during every interaction

Professional Development

• Participate in structured virtual training and mentorship
• Strengthen communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team
