What You'll Do

As a Member Services Representative , you'll serve as a trusted resource for members seeking information and assistance with their available benefits.

Member Support & Customer Service

• Meet with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and professionally
• Help members understand options based on their individual and family needs
• Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing customer service following enrollment

Build Long-Term Member Relationships

• Develop trust through professionalism, communication, and exceptional service
• Follow up with members regarding benefit questions and service needs
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates when appropriate
• Help members navigate policy changes and claims-related questions
• Maintain consistent communication and long-term client relationships

Maintain Records & Professional Standards

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
• Manage appointments and follow-up activities
• Follow company procedures and applicable state requirements
• Protect confidential client information
• Deliver a professional experience during every interaction

• Be willing and able to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
