This is an in-office telemarketing position where you’ll connect with prospective customers, generate leads, and help grow one of the area’s top-performing State Farm agencies. No insurance experience is required. We’ll train the right person and provide a clear path to becoming a fully licensed insurance professional. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to prospective customers Schedule appointments for our licensed team Build relationships and identify insurance needs Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records Help support marketing and customer outreach efforts Meet daily and monthly activity goals Career Advancement This is an entry-level position designed to develop into a fully licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health Account Manager .
