About Our Agency I opened my agency in 2007 and currently lead a team of five. I've been in the insurance industry for more than 30 years, beginning my career at just 16 years old. Before becoming an agent, I worked as an auto claims adjuster, where I learned the value of helping customers prepare before they ever experience a loss. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications Sales experience preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Ability to effectively relate to a customer Self-motivated Property & Casualty license (Must be able to obtain) Life & Health license (Must be able to obtain) Bilingual Spanish preferred Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Are You Driven & Ambitious?
