ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Thank you for considering working for Jason Davidson State Farm Agency. I attended North Cobb High School and graduated with a marketing degree from West Georgia College. I have been married to my wife Debbie for 27 years and we have three daughters. My family and I love to spend time outdoors and on the lake camping and hiking. I am also an avid hunter. We all enjoy horseback riding and ATVs at our farm nearby! I really enjoy off roading in my CJ7 Jeep most! I currently serve on the Board for Fellowship of Christian Athletes and especially enjoy UGA games and attending my daughter's softball games.

My strong family orientation is felt in my office when you walk in. We have a strong family culture in our small team of five members. We have a team environment and rely on each other to make the office work cohesively. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jason Davidson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
