Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, as needed. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, flexible hours, valuable experience, growth potential/opportunity for advancement within your agency, and a hiring bonus up to $100 with P&C license.

Requirements include sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, people-oriented, able to learn computer functions, pride in getting work done accurately and timely, ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, bilingual - Spanish preferred, Property and Casualty license - MUST HAVE, courses on ethical and customer-centered sales practices will be required, and must be available to work the following schedule: Tuesday-Friday and some Saturdays as needed.
