This is an in-office position with a steady flow of opportunities and the support of an established, growing agency. What You’ll Do Conduct multiple customer appointments each day, both virtually and by phone Review customers’ insurance needs and recommend life insurance solutions Cross-sell life insurance to existing customers Build relationships that lead to long-term client retention Follow up on leads and referrals Work closely with the agency team to provide an outstanding customer experience Consistently meet and exceed sales goals What We’re Looking For Previous life insurance sales experience required Active Georgia Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain immediately) Property & Casualty License is a plus Outgoing, energetic, and confident personality Strong closing and relationship-building skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Passion for helping customers protect their families and financial future Able to thrive in a high-volume appointment setting Requirements Full-time, in-office position in Holly Springs, GA Must live within approximately 30 minutes of our office during normal busy traffic CTS Assessment is required prior to scheduling an interview.
