Staffing CoordinatorIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Reports To: Director, PCA/HHA Staffing CoordinationSalary: Up to $65kJOB SUMMARY:The Staffing Coordinator undertakes a variety of tasks such as recruitment, orientation, and placement of employees. You will also be the one to ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws regarding employment. You must be an excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding as well as other human resources procedures. The goal is to ensure that the company's staffing requirements are always met and that employees work in a friendly, supportive environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company.Liaise with the recruitment team to fill vacancies in a timely manner.Support candidate screening and hiring processes.Facilitate procedures after hiring regarding employee relocation, legal documents, etc.Assist in the preparation and execution of orientation and training plans.Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions.Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time-off requests.Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation.Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations.Proven experience as a staffing coordinator or similar positionExperience in planning and execution of HR plans (onboarding, hiring, etc.)Solid knowledge of relevant legal regulations (equal employment opportunity, relocation, laws, visa procedures, etc.)Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practicesOutstanding organizational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesReliable with respect to confidentialityBSc/Ba in human resources, business administration, or relevant fieldRequirements:Ability to handle multiple tasks.Ability to solve problems.Computer literate in fiscal management and other database programs.Demonstrate trustworthiness and discrete disposition in carrying out regulatory tasks.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.Work Environment:Ergonomic workspaceAmbient interiorsOrganized office planHygienic environmentEmployee satisfactionStaff loyaltyEmployee empowermentCareer growthAlways Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
