Director of Data Science - Customer Experience & AI (Remote)

Capital One seeks a Director of Data Science for Consumer and Developer Experience. This remote-eligible role partners with data scientists, engineers, and PMs to deliver data products that drive customer value.
You will design, train, validate, and implement ML models at scale and translate insights into business actions. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in leading data science, strong open-source skills, and deep experience with ML in production and A/B testing.
