Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' individual needs and design personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work side by side with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to ensure a holistic approach to care

Provide Education for Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques to encourage ongoing progress and independence at home

Track and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the right path

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required

A genuine passion for aiding others and a strong desire to help patients achieve their utmost level of independence

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate empathetically with patients and team members
