Job Description

Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft individualized therapy approaches to ensure effective recovery and functionality
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based strategies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and day-to-day activities
Engage with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver thorough, all-encompassing care
Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on ongoing therapy methods to promote sustained progress
Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatments as necessary to keep patients on track
Education

A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Continuing education and post-graduate certifications are both encouraged and supported
Certifications

An active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is essential
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a requirement
